Questions, answered plainly
How long will it keep my drink hot or cold?
The double-wall body is designed to slow heat loss, but we do not promise a number of hours. It depends on the drink, how full the flask is and how often you open the lid. Rinsing it with hot or cold water first helps.
Will it leak in my bag?
The flip-lock lid is designed to stay shut when locked. Lock it fully and carry the flask upright. Before first use, fill it with water, close the lid and check it at home.
Can I wash it in a dishwasher or use it in a microwave?
No. Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Do not microwave it and do not freeze it with liquid inside.
Can I put fizzy drinks in it?
We do not recommend it. Pressure can build up inside a closed flask.
What is the printed design on the body?
The flask has a small café-style logo printed on the body. It is in every photo on this page, so there is no surprise on delivery.
How long does delivery take? Can I pay on delivery?
Shipping is free across India. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 4 to 8 business days after that. Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If it is damaged, defective or the wrong item, we replace it or refund you. A short unboxing video makes it faster. See our Refund Policy for full details.
